Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager Trainee

Georgia Chiropractic & Massage – Jasper, GA

Pay: $16.00–$22.00+ per hour

Are you looking for more than just a front desk job?

Georgia Chiropractic & Massage is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our Dallas team as a Patient Care Coordinator with a clearly defined path to Office Manager.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career with opportunities for leadership and increased responsibility.

No medical or chiropractic experience is required—we are happy to train the right person.

Compensation & Career Growth

We believe in promoting from within.

Training Period: $16.00–$18.00/hour (based on previous experience)
Patient Care Coordinator: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Office Manager: $20.00+ per hour based on leadership responsibilities, insurance knowledge, and overall performance.

As you develop your skills and take on additional responsibilities, your compensation and opportunities for advancement will grow as well.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday & Friday : 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday/Thursday: Closed
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (every other Saturday)

What You'll Do

As the first person our patients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Daily responsibilities include:

Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, text messages, and other patient communications promptly.
Schedule appointments and assist patients with questions.
Check patients in and out efficiently.
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts.
Verify daily transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
Maintain scheduling and office tracking systems.
Complete opening and closing procedures.
Keep the reception area, waiting room, and public spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.
Work closely with doctors and fellow team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
Assist with additional office responsibilities as needed.
