Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and supporting various departments to enhance overall productivity. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure organizational efficiency
Coordinate office supplies procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of office equipment to ensure seamless daily operations
Experience
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical tasks and customer service
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and email communication
Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and calendar management is essential
Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software like word processing tools
Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
