Full-Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Brand Dental | Kingston, PA

$2500 SIGN ON BONUS

Brand Dental is a growing, family-owned dental practice looking for a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our awesome team in our modern, state-of-the-art office on Market Street in Kingston.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of dental care and patient experience to the residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. We combine a welcoming, patient-centered environment with the latest dental technology and techniques — and our front desk team plays a huge role in making that experience possible.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our patients and help ensure that every interaction with our office is friendly, professional, and efficient.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greeting, checking in, and checking out patients
Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and timely manner
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
Coordinating patient care and helping maintain an efficient schedule
Verifying dental insurance benefits and patient information
Collecting and processing patient payments
Maintaining accurate electronic patient records
Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment, and general office questions
Working closely with our doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other front desk team members
Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office
Helping ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they contact our office

The ideal candidate:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and dependable
Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning new software
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Can multitask and remain composed in a busy, high-volume environment
Works well as part of a team
Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
Is eager to learn and grow within their position and the practice

Previous dental office experience and dental knowledge are a plus, but not required for the right candidate with a great attitude and willingness to learn.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to become an important part of a growing dental practice and team.
