SKYPASS TRAVEL, is a global independent full-service retail and wholesale travel services provider, and headquartered just outside of Dallas, Texas in Las Colinas (Irving) near DFW International Airport.

Since 1988, Skypass Travel has specialized in corporate and retail services for individuals, families, and groups worldwide. Since the beginning, our commitment has been to provide the best possible customer service and value. Our extensive portfolio of travel supplier contracts allows us to offer our customers a broad range of travel options and prices not normally found online or on airline websites.

We are looking for an Office Admin to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level Leadership Team.

Responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have strong time management skills and be able to act with minimal guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact among employees, clients and other external partners
Greet office visitors
Coordinate conference room schedule and assist with setup/operation of presentation equipment
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage Leadership calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and coordinate required facility maintenance schedules and inspections
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain the office filing system
Requirements and skills
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role in a mid-sized business
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
High School degree with 2 years college preferred
