Full Job Description

Responsible for the timely and consistent processing of customer data files for print production, as well as setting up new letter templates and workflow documents with variable text and graphics.

Primary responsibilities

· Performs Letter setups in Quadient Inspire

· Performs Analysis of incoming customer data files

· Executes the organization of input and output files and the processing of file selects

· Possess working knowledge of CASS / NCOA, postal qualifications and merge /purge process.

· Prepares and reviews files for subsequent digital print production and USPS acceptance.

· Collaborate with other departments and functions to achieve creative and efficient solutions to client objectives.

· Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently under his / her own initiative

· Aptitude for accurately manipulating data, a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for organization and accuracy

· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced high volume environment

· Must be proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access

· Must be comfortable in an IT environment and have experience working with databases

· Experience level: 2 years or more in data processing and letter composition for print production preferred

· Experience with Quadient/GMC Inspire and BCC Mail Manager a plus
