A Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing and leading projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing resources, time, budget, and scope to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Department: Operations

Reports To: Program Manager

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The PM will work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, create detailed plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Strategy:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans that outline project tasks, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
Define project timelines, budget estimates, and resource requirements.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts and address issues to ensure team members remain focused and productive.
Support team members, ensuring a collaborative and positive working environment.
Risk Management & Problem Solving:
Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage our constantly changing the project scope, timeline, and costs.
Address issues as they arise and find solutions to keep the project on track.
Budget & Resource Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
Allocate and track resources (human, financial, and physical) to ensure project success.
Monitor project P&L and ensure that the project remains within budget.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and any changes to scope or schedule.
Act as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
Deliver reports, and project documentation to senior leadership and external clients when necessary.
Clear and concise communications are a must.
Project Delivery & Quality Control:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications
Begin Procurement process in a timely manner’
Provide necessary documentation to the field
Provide customer required documentation
Test & commissioning documentation
Manage the project lifecycle to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Quality assessments of installation prior to formal QC
Conduct project post-mortems to capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced and dynamic.
Remote-based, with occasional travel depending on project needs.
Pre-installation walk-thru’s with stakeholders
Kick-off site visit
Monitor installation teams and preform site visits as necessary
Final commissioning walk-thru’s
Flexible work arrangements may be available.

Pay: $70,609.56 - $85,035.17 per year
