About the Role

Roofix partners with home improvement dealers, solar companies, and homeowners to deliver residential roofing projects from contract to completion. We're hiring a Project Manager to own a portfolio of jobs end-to-end — from scope review through final inspection — keeping crews, homeowners, and partners aligned every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Own a full pipeline of roofing jobs from approval through completion, moving each job through every stage (New, Permitting, Scheduling, In-Progress, Installed, Complete) in our project management system
Review job scope, budget, and profitability before scheduling; verify material availability and crew coverage in the job area
Set install dates around permit timelines and inspection requirements, and build material orders for distributor delivery
Assign install crews and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), work orders, and change orders
Call homeowners to introduce yourself, confirm install dates, and provide daily updates throughout the job
Keep dealer and solar partners informed of scheduling, delays, and change orders
Review completion photos for quality control, resolve warranty concerns, and track jobs through final inspection
Hit KPI targets for time-to-schedule, time-to-install, and time-to-final across your pipeline
Work closely with your assigned admin, delegating homeowner updates and daily communications as needed to keep jobs moving

What We're Looking For

2+ years in project management, construction coordination, or a similar role (roofing or home improvement industry a plus)
Strong phone communication skills — comfortable running homeowner and partner calls daily
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage a high volume of active jobs at once
A problem-solver who can navigate scheduling conflicts, crew issues, and unexpected job costs
Comfortable learning new software and CRM tools

Travel

Some travel may be required.
