LERMA/ is looking for a Creative Operations Project Manager to help drive ambitious ideas from concept to execution. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, operations, and production — partnering closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to ensure great work happens efficiently, collaboratively, and at the highest level of craft.

This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for someone who understands the creative process, protects the integrity of the work, and knows how to bring structure without slowing momentum. Someone who can navigate complexity, manage multiple moving pieces, and help teams do their best work under pressure.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day workflow across integrated creative projects, campaigns, shoots, and productions.
Build and manage timelines, scopes, deliverables, approvals, and resourcing plans across multiple accounts.
Partner closely with Creative Leadership to prioritize work and manage team capacity.
Help create operational systems and processes that improve collaboration, communication, and creative output.
Anticipate roadblocks before they happen and proactively solve problems.
Ensure projects stay on track creatively, strategically, and financially.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between creative, strategy, account, media, social, and production teams.
Support freelance staffing, onboarding, and external creative/vendor coordination when needed.
Bring calm, organization, and clarity to fast-moving environments.
Help foster a culture of ambition, accountability, collaboration, and creative excellence.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of project management, creative operations, or integrated production experience within an agency or creative environment.
Strong understanding of the creative development process across brand, social, digital, film, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
Experience building timelines, managing scopes, budgets, and resource allocation.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve.
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to push conversations forward and challenge when needed.
Deep respect for creativity and the realities of making great work.
Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, Workfront, Airtable, or similar tools.
