Medical Assistant at CULT Aesthetics

Are you a passionate and skilled Medical Assistant seeking a dynamic and rewarding opportunity in the medical aesthetics industry? Your Role:

As a Medical Assistant at CULT Aesthetics, you'll play a vital role in supporting our aesthetic injectors and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with Procedures: Collaborate with our skilled injectors during in-office treatments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable patient experience at CULT Aesthetics.
Patient Care: Room patients, ensure completion of patient paperwork, obtain before and after photography, perform venipuncture and lab draws, assist during aseptic and sterile procedures, re-enforce patient education and provide exceptional care throughout their visit at CULT Aesthetics.
Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, maintain meticulous documentation, schedule future appointments on patients treatment plan, and facilitate smooth and accurate patient checkouts at CULT Aesthetics.
Front Office Support: Lend your expertise to our front office team, showcasing your versatility and dedication to providing exceptional service at CULT Aesthetics.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical setting, ideally in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related medical field.
Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture, phlebotomy, vital signs, and patient care.
Qualities: We seek a dependable, punctual, detail-oriented professional who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
