Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Servicing Dallas County, Tarrant County, Arlington, Plano, and surrounding DFW corridors)

HIGHLIGHTS: MOBILE FLEXIBILITY — DIGITAL TRAINING AVAILABLE

No Prior Experience Required: Complete digital walkthroughs, app system guides, and online training resources are available to teach you modern ticket routing, dispatch software, and customer communication before handling live dispatches.
Work From Your Smartphone or Desk: Manage regional service calls directly through our contractor app setup without commuting to a central call center or physical office.

Network Overview

An expanding regional vehicle logistics network is currently onboarding Service Dispatch Coordinators across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our platform connects stranded motorists with local mobile technicians for quick, light-duty roadside support. We are scaling coverage rapidly across DFW and have immediate openings for independent contractors to manage ticket routing and field coordination.

Core Responsibilities

Inbound Ticket Routing: Receive incoming roadside assistance notifications (jumpstarts, vehicle lockouts, fuel delivery, and tire calls) through our cloud-based mobile portal.
Field Technician Coordination: Assign active service requests to local field technicians operating across the DFW grid based on proximity, live traffic, and ETA.
Communication & Verification: Confirm key vehicle specs, GPS coordinates, and safety status with stranded drivers and mobile technicians.
System Activity Tracking: Monitor active calls, verify job completion logs, and update status records in real time.
