Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Title Clerk to join our team at Reliable Chevrolet. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle titles and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Your attention to detail and customer service skills will be vital in supporting our operations and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Process vehicle title applications through Web Dealer online and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Verify ownership and lien information for all vehicle transactions.
Assist customers with title-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documents.
Collaborate with state agencies to ensure compliance with regulations. Web Dealer software required. Interface with CDK.
Conduct research on title issues as needed to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Proven experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is essential.
Basic understanding of tax/ title law is a plus but not required.
Ability to conduct research effectively and efficiently.
