Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)

Identify coverage gaps and position full household protection
Present pricing clearly and close decisively
Handle objections by reinforcing value and maintaining control of the conversation
Track your personal performance and stay aligned with agency KPIs

This role is focused on closing. You'll lead conversations, position value, and guide prospects to a purchasing decision.
