About Us

Southern Elite Restorations is a locally owned restoration and roofing company specializing in insurance restoration, roofing, mitigation, remodeling, and general contracting. We're a small but growing team that takes pride in doing things the right way for our customers and for each other.

We're looking for someone who is excited about building a career with us. This position starts on a part-time basis, but we are hiring with the expectation that the right person will grow into a full-time role as the company continues to expand. Position Overview

This role provides administrative and operational support for our day-to-day project management. You'll help keep projects organized, communicate with homeowners, insurance companies, subcontractors, and vendors, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, communicates professionally, and takes ownership of their work. You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to ask questions, and excited to grow.

Responsibilities

Assist with insurance claims and project administration
Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines
Communicate with homeowners, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and vendors
Organize and maintain digital job files
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding items
Assist with estimating and proposal preparation
Collect and organize project documentation
Coordinate permits, inspections, and material deliveries
Support invoicing, customer payments, and project closeout documentation
Help improve internal processes and keep projects moving efficiently
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks without losing track of details
Comfortable learning new software and technology
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
Previous administrative, project coordination, insurance restoration, construction, or office management experience is preferred but not required
