Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, food safety, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
Assist servers in managing guest requests and needs throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service periods.
Adhere to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for order tracking and communication with the kitchen.

Experience

Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Experience in hotel or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
