Full Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
This executive leadership role oversees the entirety of the North America Operations department, directly managing key leadership positions. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the regional strategy and operational execution required to enable a seamless customer experience across our device lifecycle management platform. This includes driving end-to-end service delivery, partner and supplier management (spanning major global OEMs, carriers, and repair networks), supply chain management (reverse logistics, depot repairs, and trade-ins), and high-level customer/partner communication to support Servify’s growth in the North American market.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead, manage, and develop a leadership team that will deliver an industry-leading customer experience. Design, define, and execute against company policies, processes, and procedures.
Drive the NA consumer and enterprise web portal and app experience to deliver an optimal regional experience for plan information and service initiation/updates. Ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience from purchase of a Servify product to delivery of related products or services.
Provide strategic input, planning, and execution on the region service delivery network and capabilities to support enterprise and consumer programs through various service modes including repair (walk-in, mail-in, onsite), advanced exchange, replacement, and reimbursement.
Ensure effective supply chain and inventory management supporting service delivery, inclusive of supplier relationships, contracting, and negotiations.
Establish, measure, and develop action plans for key departmental KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, fulfillment and claim metrics. Ensure adherence to program/partner SLAs.
Drive the NA consumer and enterprise web portal and app experience to deliver an optimal regional experience for plan information and service initiation/updates. Ensure a seamless and excellent customer experience from purchase of a Servify product to delivery of related products or services.
Influence positive brand and client brand reputation through best in class customer interactions, as well as online and social media reputation inclusive of BBB, Trustpilot, and social media platforms.
Ensure successful execution of complex end client launches, leveraging project management skillsets to ensure readiness through cross functional team coordination.
Identify and drive areas of continuous improvement across all internal and external stakeholders, including sales, finance, product/tech, supply chain, call center operations, and service operations.
Interact directly with clients, developing and presenting client facing materials in regular client meetings, QBRs, strategy sessions
Support new business acquisition through RFP participation, service solutioning, pricing activities, presenting to prospective clients alongside sales teams to win business and drive regional growth

Qualifications:

10+ years of management experience within Supply Chain or Operations, with a proven track record
Deep wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics industry experience, specifically within reverse logistics, aftermarket services, or device protection/warranty programs.
Proven experience managing or interfacing with major OEMs, telecom carriers, or large-scale third-party logistics (3PL) and repair networks.
Exceptional executive-level interpersonal and partner management skills, with the ability to serve as a primary operational contact for key enterprise clients.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience scaling operational departments, managing regional KPIs, and optimizing service delivery models.
Excellent organizational leadership skills and sharp attention to detail, crucial for navigating complex compliance, insurance, and warranty frameworks.
Proficient with modern enterprise productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite and/or G-Suite); familiarity with supply chain ERPs or CRM platforms is a plus.
Expected travel: Up to 30% to engage with regional partners, fulfillment centers, and corporate hubs.
