Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin Assistant to support our growing insurance agency. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by handling administrative tasks, assisting agents, and maintaining an organized workspace. If you enjoy multitasking and keeping things running efficiently, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, scheduling, document management, and other clerical tasks.
Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Agent & Client Assistance: Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide basic support to insurance agents and clients.
Compliance & Documentation: Help manage important documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for agents, clients, and management to ensure smooth office operations.
Technology & Systems: Use CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools to support daily tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Knowledge of health insurance products and regulations is helpful but not required.
