BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs highly complex (senior-level) administrative support work in DFPS’ Operations Support Services division, as a contributor to operational excellence. The Operations Support Services division is responsible for the day-to-day facility operations of state office, the management of space utilization across the state, and asset tracking/reporting for DFPS. This position performs advanced administrative support involving disseminating information, preparing correspondence, maintaining files and data entry within the scope of Operations Support Services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate record keeping and data entry for the Regional Operations team, are aligned with agency priorities and delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.
Reporting directly to the Regional Operations director, this position supports the Regional Operations team. Requires strong communication skills, data entry, and organization. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May occasionally receive instruction or assistance as new, unusual, or unique situations arise and assist others in performing higher-level work.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (EJFs):
Prepares and disseminates information concerning agency programs, services, and procedures.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
