Front Desk Associate – Plastic Surgery & Med Spa Practice
Dallas, TX

About Us
We are a well-established, fast-paced plastic surgery practice seeking a polished, professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, seamless experience for our patients while supporting the daily flow of the office.

In addition to our surgical practice, we also operate a med-spa, offering non-surgical aesthetic treatments. This position will support front desk operations for both practices, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism across both the plastic surgery practice and med spa
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Check in/check out patients for both surgical and non-surgical visits
Collect payments and provide receipts accurately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
Utilize EMR systems for scheduling and documentation
Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Prior front desk experience required
Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic, dermatology, or med spa settings strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
Comfortable using computers and EMR systems
