Position Overview

Easyflex TX is seeking a hands-on Sales & Account Manager to join our team in Lewisville, Texas.

This position will report to the Senior Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating sales activities, and supporting the continued growth of assigned accounts and territories.

This is a working-manager position that combines office-based sales activities with customer visits, job-site meetings, trade shows, and business travel. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts directly and may also assist in training and guiding junior sales team members as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities for account growth.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and review quotations, pricing, and customer proposals.
Follow up on leads, open quotations, customer requests, and sales opportunities.
Develop new customers and business opportunities within assigned markets and territories.
Coordinate customer orders with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and Management.
Monitor customer activity, open orders, sales pipelines, and account performance.
Visit customers, distributors, project sites, and industry partners as needed.
Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and other business events.
Assist with the training and support of junior sales employees.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, pricing, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales activity and account performance reports.
Develop a strong working knowledge of Easyflex products, applications, systems, and customer processes.
Support customer issue resolution and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

Three to five years of B2B sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, industrial products, wholesale distribution, construction supply, or related industries strongly preferred.
Previous experience as an Account Manager, Territory Manager, Team Lead, Supervisor, or working manager is preferred.
Ability to independently manage customer accounts, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop new customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to support and guide junior sales employees.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business systems.
ERP, CRM, NetSuite, or Salesforce experience is a plus.
Bilingual English/Korean is a plus due to frequent communication with teams and business partners in Korea.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability and willingness to travel for customer visits, job-site meetings, trade shows, and business activities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to reliably commute to the Lewisville office.

Compensation

Annual base salary: $65,000–$75,000
Commission opportunity
Performance-based bonus opportunity

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant industry experience, sales performance, account management experience, existing customer relationships, and leadership qualifications.

Commission and bonus eligibility will be based on the company’s applicable compensation plan, individual performance, assigned account performance, and sales objectives.
