Full Job Description

Job Overview

Grau Law Group, PLLC has an immediate opening for a Legal Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation. Our practice primarily focuses on personal injury defense, including matters involving catastrophic loss, construction litigation, professional liability, and business litigation. A strong litigation background—whether in these or related areas—is highly valued. We are frequently retained by insurers to represent our clients, so experience with insurance defense is a plus.

We are looking for a dependable team player who demonstrates attention to detail, focus, and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a law firm setting is required.

Primary Responsibilities, Skills, and Abilities Required:
· Minimum of 5 years as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant
· E-filing with State and Federal Courts
· Drafting legal documents and correspondence
· Calendaring and Tasking in Microsoft Outlook
· Assist in preparation for depositions, mediations, and trials
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
· Copying, scanning, and faxing
· Greeting guests and managing conference rooms for meetings

Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrative Assistant
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook (emails/tasks/calendars)
· Proficiency with eFiling / eService
· Proficiency with transcription of dictation.
· Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize work and multi-task
· Ability to manage multiple cases

Job Type: Full-time, In Person
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
