Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper with project manager software experience to join our office team at American Irrigation Systems Inc. In this role, you will primarily be involved in invoicing for our clients, light book keeping, and scheduling as needed. Your expertise in accounting systems, financial software, and compliance standards will drive efficiency and uphold the integrity of our financial operations. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Duties

Manage the full cycle of billing processes, including invoice creation, review, and distribution across multiple platforms such as Service Titan and Quickbooks.
Perform account reconciliation tasks, including balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable and payable records.
Utilize advanced Excel data analysis skills to monitor billing trends, identify discrepancies, and generate detailed reports for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information while handling data entry, account analysis, and bookkeeping tasks with precision.
Collaborate with our techs in the field to resolve billing issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Scheduling appointments as needed.

Requirements

In office 5 days a week April 1-November 15th from 9:30-3
November 15-April 1 in office 1-2 days per week (flexible)
Good communication skills
Service Titan experience

Preferred Experience

Exposure to lawn sprinkler or plumbing industry
Bilingual

Please note, at times there are 1-2 (very sweet and friendly) dogs in the office!

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
