Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the quick service fast food restaurant or fine dining sectors, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective team management skills and the ability to maintain high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.

Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant or bar operations, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Utilize Aloha POS systems for accurate transaction processing and reporting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the quick service fast food restaurant, bar, or fine dining environment.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
