What You’ll Do

This is a true sales role. You’ll be responsible for developing and closing new commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.

Core responsibilities include:

Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target markets
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct risk assessments and analyze current coverage
Build and present tailored insurance proposals
Close new business and manage the transition to service teams
Collaborate with internal service staff to deliver a strong client experience
Stay actively involved in key client relationships and renewals
Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
Represent the agency in the community and build referral networks

What Success Looks Like

Consistent new business production and pipeline growth
Strong client retention and relationship management
Ability to build a sustainable, long-term book of business
Active participation in a structured sales process and CRM

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience (insurance experience not required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage a pipeline and close deals consistently
Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process
