Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry Level Receptionist to join our dynamic team! As the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while efficiently managing front desk operations. Duties

Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
Manage front desk activities including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and updating records with accuracy
Support office management by organizing calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with administrative projects
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to uphold a professional environment
Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) for document creation, editing, and basic data management

Qualifications

Bilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Bilingual Candidates will be considered for a higher pay rate.
Previous office or clerical experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
Personal assistant or customer support experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory
