Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and elevate the guest experience. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, ensure seamless guest check-ins and check-outs, and foster a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your leadership will drive exceptional customer service, uphold hotel standards, and coordinate with various departments to maintain operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise and make a lasting impact on our guests’ stay.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure top-tier guest service.
Manage guest reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving skills.
Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and maintain property standards.
Implement hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication with guests and clients at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong understanding of hotel management principles.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or equivalent property management software (PMS).
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence.
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk operations.
Strong communication skills, including phone communication and client interaction, combined with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Previous resort experience or hotel experience emphasizing guest services is preferred.
