What You'll Do

You'll spend your time helping people make informed decisions and protecting what matters most to them.

Your responsibilities may include:

Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Meeting with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their insurance needs.
Reviewing coverage and recommending solutions that fit each client's goals.
Writing and servicing personal, commercial, life, and health insurance policies.
Conducting annual policy reviews as clients' lives and businesses evolve.
Helping clients through claims and unexpected life events.
Working with carrier underwriters to find the right solutions.
Maintaining accurate client records and providing outstanding ongoing service.

Qualifications

Washington Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Insurance agency experience preferred, but we'll invest in the right person with the right attitude
Washington Life & Health License is a plus (or willingness to obtain as your career grows)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems
