Full Job Description

Overview
Join our dynamic fitness team as an Instructor specializing in Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt, and other group fitness modalities. In this vibrant role, you will inspire and motivate clients of all levels to achieve their health and wellness goals through expertly delivered classes. Your passion for movement, combined with your diverse skill set, will create an energetic environment that encourages progress, confidence, and community. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise while fostering a positive and engaging fitness experience for all participants.

Duties

Lead engaging Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Sculpt, and other group fitness classes that cater to varying skill levels and goals
Design innovative workout programs incorporating principles of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and sports coaching to maximize client results
Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and effectiveness during all exercises
Motivate participants through energetic instruction and personalized feedback to enhance their fitness journey
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming class environment that promotes safety and enjoyment
Assist with studio operations as needed, including client assessments, program modifications, and promoting membership or class packages

Requirements

Proven experience teaching group fitness classes with a focus on Pilates (including Reformer), Yoga, Sculpt or similar modalities
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and exercise science principles
Certifications in Pilates (Reformer), Yoga, Group Fitness Instruction or related fields
Demonstrated ability to design effective workout programs tailored to diverse client needs
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants of all levels
Familiarity with reformer and equipment usage and safety protocols in a studio setting
Experience in teaching is advantageous for providing comprehensive guidance
Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for health and fitness to promote programs effectively
