As a Senior Administrative Assistant for Ag Engineering - Crop Care/Harvest and Hay located in Silvis, IL, you will:

Create and maintain records, correspondence, calendars, travel expense reports and confidential information for the VP and staff of the Ag Engineering Crop Care/Harvest and Hay team

Schedule meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (including visas and passports) for the VP and staff of the Ag Engineering Crop Care/Harvest and Hay team
-
Participate in creation and documentation of processes
-
Provide on-site and off-site support and access for various team members and serve as a point of contact for visitors, process information flow and communication responses for certain inquiries on behalf of the Ag Engineering Crop Care/Harvest and Hay team
-
Research, resolve and respond to inquiries/concerns from Ag Engineering Crop Care/Harvest and Hay team, and you will engage with the other Ag Engineering teams to coordinate cross-team events

2+ years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills

Superior interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Ability to anticipate needs and initiate action without frequent or detailed work instruction

Experience supporting Executive- level personnel

Ability to handle confidential information
-
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Ability to utilize electronic tools such as purchase order systems, video conferencing, Microsoft Teams and travel expense reporting systems

Project management skills
-
Experience in presentations, communications and marketing

Experience supporting a global team in multiple time zones

Ability to leverage AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot
