Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join our team and help property owners solve complex building challenges. From forensic site inspections to repair and construction design, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, lasting solutions.

Salary Range $65,000-$80,000

What You’ll Do

Perform on-site investigations and structural assessments of homes, buildings, and other structures.
Prepare forensic engineering evaluations and technical reports.
Design structural solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Support construction administration and oversee project execution.
Communicate findings clearly with clients, contractors, engineers, and architects.
Travel to inspection sites across residential and commercial properties.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (structural focus preferred).
0-2 years of structural engineering experience.
EIT Certification or able to obtain within 6 months.
Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to perform inspections in crawl spaces, attics, basements, and roofs (must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb, and balance).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
