MOSIDA (Museum of Social Interactive Digital Art) is unlike any traditional museum.

Our visitors don't just look at art—they create it together through immersive digital experiences. Every day is filled with birthday parties, families, tourists, school groups, corporate team-building events, influencers, and unforgettable moments.

We're looking for someone who enjoys both technology and creativity—someone who can keep our interactive systems running while capturing and sharing the excitement happening throughout the museum.

If you enjoy meeting people, solving technical problems, taking great photos and videos, and creating engaging social media content, we'd love to meet you.

About the Position

This is a unique hybrid position.

Approximately 20% of your time will be providing IT support for our interactive exhibits and computer systems.

The majority of your time will be spent on the museum floor helping visitors, photographing and filming memorable experiences, creating content for MOSIDA's social media, supporting events, and making sure every guest has an outstanding experience.

No two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

IT Support (Approximately 20%)

Maintain LEDs, projectors, touchscreen PCs, interactive exhibits, printers, cameras, and other museum technology.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform routine system updates and equipment maintenance.
Configure and replace peripherals and accessories.
Assist with basic networking and technical troubleshooting.
Quickly resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team when necessary.

Photography, Videography & Content Creation

Photograph visitors, families, birthday parties, school groups, corporate events, and special museum experiences.
Capture engaging video footage throughout the museum for marketing, promotions, and storytelling.
Create high-quality photos and videos for MOSIDA's Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, website, and other digital platforms.
Edit photos and videos into engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional use.
Capture customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments, influencer visits, and special events.
Organize, manage, and maintain the museum's photo and video library.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and produce creative visual content.
Identify and capture spontaneous, memorable moments that encourage sharing and help promote MOSIDA online.
Consistently produce fresh content, with a goal of delivering 3–5 high-quality social media posts or videos each week.

Guest Experience

Welcome and assist visitors throughout the museum.
Demonstrate interactive exhibits and creative stations.
Help guests understand and enjoy their experiences.
Take family and group photos when requested.
Support birthday parties, school groups, and corporate events.
Answer visitor questions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere.
Serve as a museum floater, providing assistance wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

General Operations

Assist with exhibit setup and testing.
Support special events and private functions.
Help maintain the appearance and readiness of the museum.
Assist other departments whenever needed.
Contribute ideas to improve visitor experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

We're looking for attitude, creativity, and potential just as much as experience.

Required

Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
Photography and videography experience.
Experience editing videos for social media or marketing.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, outgoing personality.
Comfortable interacting with children, families, and large groups.
Highly organized and dependable.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

Experience supporting Windows PCs.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
Experience operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
Good understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Experience working at museums, attractions, entertainment venues, hospitality, or event venues.
Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
