Job Summary

The Store Sales Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales operations within their store location. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Store Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining a competitive position in the market.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead, Achieve, Inspire
Drive Revenue: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets and consistently rank among the top-performing stores.
Inspire Excellence: Motivate your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, provide ongoing coaching, and hold them accountable for reaching their goals.
Lead all aspects of the sales cycle- deliver an engaging sales presentation, convert leads to clients and nurturing an exceptional client relationship.
Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, compliance, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
Develop Your Team: Identify strengths, address challenges, and provide coaching to build a high-performing sales team.
Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Semper at community events to drive brand visibility and new client acquisition. Proactively seeking leads and/or referrals and partnerships.
Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Acknowledge accomplishments, encourage teamwork, and establish an environment that is both competitive and collaborative.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in sales leadership or operational management with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to inspire and energize a team.
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills with a focus on professional development.
Strong organizational skills to balance revenue, operations, and team management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit or stand and work on a computer for prolonged periods; walk; use hands to grasp, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Pay: $65k-75k with monthly commission!

Join a fast-growing national aesthetics company and lead one of our top-performing locations. Competitive commissions paid monthly and uncapped. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $110k-$120k, based on average earnings when your location reaches its monthly goal.

Out of State training may be required, cost covered by Semper.

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
