Job Overview:

Job Title: Accounting

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Review of vendor invoices and processing of payments
Compile monthly reconciliations of credit card accounts, including allocation of expenses and tracking receipts
Maintain financial records for inventory
Monitor cash flow and maximize cash balances
Ensure accurate and timely compliance with all duties related to IRS, Workers Compensation, Department of Labor and other regulatory bodies
Ensure timely processing of all year-end documents including but not limited to W-2s, 1099s, etc
Maintain financial records for inventory

Prepares and processes weekly payroll.
Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations

Skills:

- Experience with QuickBooks

- 3-4 years accounting experience
