Home Guard Industries is seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to manage and expand our Wisconsin territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a true hunter who thrives on building relationships, opening new accounts, coaching others, and closing business.

Position Overview

As the Wisconsin Territory Sales Manager, you will inherit and manage a multi-million-dollar sales territory while aggressively pursuing new business throughout the state.

This role requires someone who is disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable spending the majority of their time on the road meeting with dealers, contractors, remodelers, distributors, and prospective customers.

Success in this position comes from consistently creating opportunities, developing relationships, coaching dealer partners, and closing new business—not waiting for the phone to ring.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established multi-million-dollar Wisconsin sales territory.
Prospect daily through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
Identify and recruit new dealer partners throughout the territory.
Build long-term relationships with existing customers while expanding their business.
Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and dealer training sessions.
Train dealer sales teams on Home Guard products, features, competitive advantages, and effective in-home selling techniques.
Motivate and inspire dealer salespeople to improve their closing ratios and increase sales of Home Guard products.
Become a trusted business partner by helping dealers develop strategies to grow their business—not simply sell them products.
Assist dealers with quoting tools, marketing initiatives, product knowledge, and sales processes.
Travel extensively throughout Wisconsin, with multiple overnight stays each week.
Represent Home Guard Industries professionally at customer meetings, training events, and industry trade shows.
Meet and exceed sales goals while continually expanding market share.

We're searching for someone who:

Is highly competitive, self-motivated, and driven by results.
Loves prospecting and isn't afraid to cold call or knock on doors.
Has a proven ability to develop new business and close deals.
Is an energetic motivator who enjoys helping others succeed.
Has the confidence and communication skills to train dealer sales teams and present to groups.
Can teach sales professionals how to effectively present and sell Home Guard products in the home.
Builds strong relationships while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
Is organized, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Is willing to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin with multiple overnight stays each week.
Takes ownership of their territory and treats it like their own business.

Preferred Qualifications

Outside sales or territory management experience.
Experience in building products, windows, doors, construction materials, or home improvement is preferred but not required.
Experience leading sales meetings, conducting training sessions, or coaching sales teams is highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel extensively.
