Full Job Description

Staffworks Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service to staff, Certified Business Owners, clients, and visitors while supporting daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, comfortable using technology, and enjoys interacting with a variety of people in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist office visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive and courteous attitude.

· Provide administrative support to office staff and management.

· Assist Certified Business Owners and customers with general inquiries.

· Maintain an organized reception area and administrative records.

· Perform data entry, filing, scheduling, and other clerical tasks as assigned.

· Utilize office technology and software to support daily operations.

· Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications Required

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Basic computer and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

· Professional appearance and positive attitude.
