Full Job Description

Job Overview

North Alabama House Buyer is a high-volume real estate company and we're looking for a highly motivated Outside Sales Closer to sell our properties — both on and off market. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential! No real estate license is required.

We generate the leads/listings. Your job is to sell them. You'll price each property accurately, market it to the right buyer, and negotiate deals that close. This is a full pipeline of ready-to-move inventory, not a role where you're chasing your own leads to build a book of business from scratch — we hand you the volume, you bring the sales closing skills to convert it.

Duties

Market properties both on and off the MLS
Price properties accurately using comps and market data
Field offers from buyers, negotiate price and terms, and move quickly to lock in the strongest, most reliable buyer.
Make outbound calls to potential buyers, build genuine relationships with them, and present deal opportunities that help them hit their real estate goals
Manage a full pipeline of active listings simultaneously - offers, counteroffers, contracts, and closings - without ever letting details slip
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of every deal's status and communications in our CRM

Skills

Proven success in outside B2C sales with a focus on closing deals efficiently
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
Excellent communication skills for client engagement, presentation delivery, and relationship building
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Ability to prospect actively through cold calling, lead generation tactics, and remote (virtual) selling approaches
Demonstrate achievement of sales targets
Customer service orientation coupled with strong follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward managing time effectively
