Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in new construction! In this energetic leadership role, you will guide clients through the exciting process of purchasing newly built homes, manage a team of dedicated agents, and drive sales success. Your expertise in real estate sales, negotiation, and market analysis will empower you to build strong client relationships and lead your team to achieve outstanding results. This position offers an engaging environment where innovation, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge come together to create a rewarding career experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of real estate agents focused on new construction sales, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote new construction properties, utilizing digital platforms and traditional channels effectively
Guide clients through the entire home buying process, including property tours, offer negotiations, and managing real estate transactions with precision
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and provide clients with accurate property valuations and insights
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring fair terms while closing deals efficiently and effectively
Maintain excellent customer service by building rapport, communicating clearly, and managing client expectations throughout the sales journey
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law while managing administrative tasks using CRM systems supported by the company

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in good standing with experience practicing real estate—preferably in residential new construction transactions
Proven track record in real estate sales, negotiation, and deal closing within competitive markets
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple transactions simultaneously
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
Knowledge of real estate market analysis, industry trends, property management basics, and fair housing regulations
Demonstrated ability to build client rapport through exceptional customer service and effective client communication
Administrative experience supporting real estate transactions and managing customer relationships using CRM systems
