Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team
Salary Range: $36,000 - $70,000 (Base + Commission + Bonus)

Are you a natural leader with a talent for sales and building high-performing teams? We are seeking four dynamic, self-motivated individuals with proven experience to step into a true sales leadership role. As a sales team member for a State Farm Agent, you’ll oversee daily office operations, lead and motivate team members, and drive sales performance – all while building the foundation for your own future as an entrepreneur.

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses (Total $40,000–$70,000+).
Leadership experience managing both people and office operations.
Professional development with an independent State Farm Agent.
A fast-paced, goal-driven environment with a team that values results and customer relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage a sales team, setting clear expectations and coaching for success.
Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer experiences.
Drive business growth by setting aggressive sales goals.
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
Maintain compliance and obtain the required license to retain insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in sales with proven success leading teams or managing people.
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

Willingness to obtain a license to sell insurance (required for this position).
