The Administrative Support Specialist is the first point of contact for the Board’s office—helping maintain strong communication, accurate records, and smooth daily operations.
Manage incoming phone calls and direct complaints or concerns from offenders, families, justice system partners, and the public to the appropriate staff.
Prepare letters, memos, forms, schedules, reports, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
Maintain data logs in established systems and generate statistical information upon request.
Coordinate and schedule meetings; arrange travel for staff as needed Interact daily with offenders, visitors, and others, including individuals who may be agitated or under the influence of substances.
