Space City Toyota — Collision Center Estimator (Humble, TX)
Pay: $80,000–$120,000/year

You'll work side by side with one of the best Collision Center Directors in the business, estimating repairs with precision and delivering the kind of service that turns first-time customers into lifelong ones. If you've got sharp eyes for detail and a genuine passion for making people feel taken care of, this is where you belong.

Duties — What You'll Own

Prepare honest, accurate, and complete damage estimates that customers can trust
Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles using proven, standardized procedures
Estimate repair costs and timelines with confidence and precision
Track repairs in motion — monitoring labor, materials, and costs every step of the way
Champion quality, making sure every repair meets the standard our customers deserve
Deliver the kind of follow-up and customer service that earns five-star reviews
Be the communication hub connecting the dealership and the collision center

Qualifications — What You Bring

1–3 years of automotive collision estimating experience
Hands-on experience with CCC ONE estimating software
Comfort with computer-aided estimating tools (Microsoft Office, P-pages)
A knack for researching OEM repair recommendations
A people-first mindset and real passion for great customer service
The energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced shop
Sharp organizational and time-management instincts
A professional presence and strong work ethic
Driver's license preferred; bilingual a big plus
Ability to commute to Humble, TX
