Full Job Description

Well established, busy primary care practice in a desirable neighborhood of North-West Chicago is looking to add an Internal Medicine/ Family Medicine physician to service a growing patient population and a second office location in Des Plaines.

Traditional practice with a blend of outpatient and inpatient opportunities and excellent support from senior physicians in the practice. This is a multi-physician private practice, established over 30 years ago with a stable physician and office staff as well as patient cohort. Practice also has well trained physician extenders allowing MDs to focus on critical medical issues.

Fully integrated with hospital ancillary services using the EPIC EMR.

Competitive salary and favorable call schedule with a unique and flexible work schedule. This is a physician owned practice and we recognize the unique needs of each provider at various stages of their career. Each physician in the practice has a schedule tailored to their specific needs. This accommodation is not possible in a hospital owned practice or a solo practice environment. Compensation package is above market and it is expected that the provider will participate in all aspects of the practice, including in-patient rounding including shared weekends, clinic hours and managing a small nursing home practice.

Private practice, allows for the ability to earn incentive bonuses based on revenue generated. Freedom to practice medicine at your own pace, the incoming physician will have the opportunity to work in various aspects of primary care and generate revenue commensurate to their capacity. There will be a guaranteed base salary.

Favorable benefit package and ability to make partner after 2 years, if so desired.
