Full Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

The Exam Pros and its affiliated companies are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to manage and coordinate marketing activities across a growing group of businesses in eLearning, insurance, eCommerce, publishing, and printing.

This position will manage a team of remote marketing specialists and serve as the primary point of accountability for marketing projects, campaigns, deadlines, and performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, technology-savvy, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple companies and priorities.

Our businesses include TheExamPros.com, an online contractor education and exam-preparation company; InsuranceByRob.com, an insurance agency; Amazon and eBay eCommerce operations selling books, calendars, educational materials, and products from other publishers; and a publishing and printing company producing perfect-bound and saddle-stitched books.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate remote marketing specialists, web developers, graphic designers, and other team members.
Delegate marketing and website projects, establish deadlines, and ensure completion.
Manage and improve the GoHighLevel CRM, including workflows, pipelines, lead uploads, email/SMS automation, and follow-up campaigns.
Create and optimize lead-generation and sales funnels for multiple products and companies.
Create, edit, and monitor Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, YouTube, and retargeting campaigns.
Create and manage Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage and optimize Shopify product pages, descriptions, photos, promotions, and conversion strategies.
Oversee Amazon and eBay selling channels, listings, advertising, promotions, and sales performance.
Develop email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, cadences, and promotional copy.
Coordinate social media content and paid campaigns.
Oversee the design of digital and print marketing materials with in-house graphic artists.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, advertising costs, and sales.
Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements.
Develop strategies for cross-selling and upselling customers between affiliated companies.
Continually recommend new ways to increase sales, improve marketing efficiency, and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
Minimum 1 year of GoHighLevel CRM experience.
Strong experience with PPC and paid search.
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Shopify and eCommerce experience.
Amazon and/or eBay marketplace experience preferred.
Social media marketing experience.
Email marketing and automation experience.
Experience creating and managing sales funnels.
Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting.
Experience managing remote employees, contractors, or specialists preferred.
Knowledge of print and digital marketing.

Skills We Are Looking For

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and project-management skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and holding remote team members accountable for deadlines and results.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Candidates should also possess strong problem-solving abilities, customer-service skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly learn and manage new marketing technologies.

What Success Looks Like

This is not simply a social media or content-creation position.

We are looking for someone who can manage the entire marketing process.

Company leadership will establish goals. The Marketing Coordinator will turn those goals into projects, assign responsibilities, coordinate specialists, monitor deadlines, analyze results, identify problems, and recommend the next course of action.

We want someone who proactively asks:

What can we improve? What are we missing? How can we generate more leads? How can we convert more customers? How can we increase sales?

Performance will be measured by results including lead generation, cost per lead, conversion rates, advertising ROAS, website performance, eCommerce sales, CRM effectiveness, marketing project completion, and overall revenue growth.
