Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a strong background in kitchen operations. We offer a sustainable menu thru our on premise green house and gardens.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and employee mentoring
- Oversee kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and seasonal menus
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines

Skills
- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, and inventory management
- Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is a plus
