```Duties```
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, email, in person visits
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
- Manage accounts payable and accounts recievable payments
- Oversee overall office operations
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with schedule management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in team management or supervisory role is a plus
- Knowledge of office management is preferred
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
- Experience with file organization and record keeping systems
- Positive attitude a must

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. They will handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
