Allegiant is seeking an Inspection Sales - IMA this position is responsible for expanding Allegiant Fire Protection’s inspection-services client base, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships with new and existing customers. The role develops and closes inspection opportunities in the assigned territory, with a focus on northwest Indiana and the southern suburbs of Chicago

Responsibilities:

Establish contact with qualified prospective buyers of inspection services by scheduling sales calls, promptly following up on leads, and supporting outlined marketing strategies.
Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and reviewing findings with appropriate customer personnel.
Prepare and present effective proposals that address customer life-safety needs, with a focus on NFPA-based inspections.
Contribute to the pricing approach for inspection accounts.
Maintain and report on the sales business plan and participate in monthly sales calls.
Understand the assigned market and report business dynamics, including market share, competition, key customers, and key prospects.
Develop and maintain an active proposal pipeline that supports the established sales business plan.
Build caring, enduring customer relationships that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Support other Allegiant Fire Protection and APi Group teams in initiatives related to the assigned territory.
Learn and follow the Allegiant Operating Code at all times.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Two or more years of sales or account-management experience preferred.
Sales experience in the fire and life-safety industry and/or building services and maintenance preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and the general public.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dynamics CRM.
Valid driver’s license in accordance with Company policy.
Customer-focused, results-driven, trustworthy, honest, organizationally savvy, and an effective communicator.

Work Environment: Work is performed in an office, at customer locations, and in the field throughout the assigned territory. Regular local travel is required for sales calls and site surveys.
