Data Entry Clerk Career Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk! In this full-time opportunity with benefits, you’ll enter business information into our database as well as many other key business office functions. For consideration, please have HS Diploma and a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in an office setting. Does this describe you? Apply today!

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

Full time, M-F schedule days.

Responsible for all aspects of quality service.

Researches and resolves complex client or field issues.

Maintaining accurate records.

Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete.

Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems.

Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

Inspect reports and sheets of data.

Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress.

Perform searches on websites for information.

Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product.

Job Requirements:

Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

Essential data entry skills: fast typing with an eye for detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft office is required.

Strong reporting skills, analysis, professionalism, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy.

Minimum of 2-3 years of office experience.

US citizen or permanent resident status.

Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.

Education: High school or equivalent.
