Full Job Description

Pro Products LLC is adding a CNC Setup Programmer to our Green Bay team and looking for someone who can jump into setups, make program edits confidently, and keep production moving without constant oversight.

This is not an entry-level operator role. We want someone who understands machining, knows how to problem-solve on the floor, and has experience with Swiss or 5-axis equipment.

In This Role You Will:

Handle machine setups from start to finish
Make program edits and tooling adjustments
Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance requirements
Troubleshoot issues during production runs
Inspect parts and verify quality
Support efficient production on the floor

What You Bring:

3–5 years of CNC machining experience
Experience with Swiss machining or 5-axis machining
Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
Blueprint reading and inspection knowledge
Attention to detail and solid work ethic
