Pay - $18.00 hourly

Corporate Front Desk & Mail Clerk Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must have a valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
Able to work from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Previous mail processing experience preferred

Corporate Front Desk & Mail Clerk Responsibilities

Admin Support – Coordinate meetings, manage calls/emails, and assist the Director.
Site Development – Research, identify, and visit potential new sites.
Facilities Management – Oversee property maintenance and work order completion.
Vendor & Budget – Manage vendor accounts, credentials, and expense reports.
Reception & Mail – Supervise front desk and mail operations.
