PsychGo is Hiring: Therapist / Counselor / Social Worker

Are you ready to break the mold of traditional therapy? PsychGo is seeking an energetic and compassionate Therapist, Counselor, or Social Worker to provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling — both in person at our professionally designed Denver or Belmar offices and via telehealth.

We operate under a collaborative care model, where therapists and medical providers work together to deliver inclusive, holistic mental health services. We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality care and bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

Children, Teens, and Families
Couples Counseling
Trauma
Addiction & Recovery
Disordered Eating
Mood/Anxiety Disorders

Experience & Qualifications
Active Colorado license required: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD

(or LSW/LPCC within 12 months of full licensure, supervision provided)

Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience preferred
Prior experience in mental health counseling, case management, or patient care (preferred)
Familiarity with behavioral health best practices and local/community resources (a plus)
Strong working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and accurate medical record documentation
Solid understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and clinical formulation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client care
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Provide mental health counseling to clients (individual/couples/family)
Manage cases by coordinating services and resources for clients.
Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Group Soup) to enhance patient care and your professional development.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate clients and their families about available resources, coping strategies, and support systems.
