SHIFT Chiropractic is Denver's only Zone Healing clinic — and we're on a mission to transform the lives of women suffering from chronic pain, systemic inflammation, and nervous system dysfunction. We don't manage symptoms. We find and fix the root cause.

The role

As our Marketing Events Coordinator, you are the front line of SHIFT's new patient growth. Your primary job is getting out into the Denver community — running vibration therapy massage events, spinal screenings, health fairs, and more — 2 to 3 times per week. You show up, you connect, you book.

When you're not out in the field, you're back in the office producing marketing reels that grow our audience, managing DM conversations, and nurturing the warm leads that turn followers into new patients. You're part community ambassador, part salesperson, part content creator — and you're a beast at all three.

Core responsibilities

Community events (primary focus)

Plan and execute 2–3 community events per week across Denver

Host vibration therapy massage events, spinal screenings, and wellness activations

Source and secure venue partnerships — gyms, salons, yoga studios, offices, markets

Have confident, high-level conversations with prospects and book qualified new patients on the spot

Hit weekly new patient targets and own your numbers

In-office content & social media (supporting role)

Film and produce planned marketing reels in-office — educational content, patient stories, practitioner features, and brand awareness

Edit and post consistently to Instagram and TikTok

Manage DM conversations — respond promptly, build rapport, and move interested followers toward booking

Maintain an active, on-brand social presence that reflects SHIFT's voice and mission

Community & provider outreach

Build relationships with local businesses, studios, and wellness providers

Lock in recurring event opportunities and long-term venue partnerships

Represent the SHIFT brand with confidence and authenticity everywhere you go

What we're looking for

— 1+ years of sales, event marketing, or community outreach experience (required)

— Proven ability to convert conversations into booked appointments or sales

— Comfortable on camera — filming, presenting, and producing short-form video content

— Active on social media and understands what drives engagement on Instagram and TikTok

— Extremely outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching strangers

— Reliable transportation — you'll be driving to events across Denver

— Strong organizational skills to manage a weekly event calendar

— Passion for natural health, chiropractic, or holistic wellness (strongly preferred)

— Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
