Full Job Description

Seeking an empathetic, hard-working mitigation project manager to assist our clients that have encountered man-made and natural disasters to their properties get their lives back to normal. You'll be responsible for assessing homes for damages, determining what can be salvaged and what needs to be disposed of, removal and cleaning of the affected areas, completing the drying process in accordance to the IICRC guidelines, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, team player, and, above all, someone who enjoys helping people and is looking for an amazing opportunity to grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assess property damaged caused by fire, water, mold, and weather disasters
Execute all water mitigation and extraction services
Decontaminate and deodorize indoor space
Monitor and complete drying process
Detailed cleaning of structure and contents
Document all work in software applications
Provide excellent customer service that translates into online reviews
Communicate regularly with management and office personnel

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in Mitigation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to drive company vehicles
We are a drug-free company
Applicant should be comfortable working in the field, in all types of weather and environments
Ability to stand for an entire shift
Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
Comfortable with using power and hand tools
Available for after-hours on-call schedule
